Currently on Loki's Hammer every character that will eventually be playable are all on the +roster. That means the characters found on the +roster range from completely done and instantly playable to bare bones nothing but a few things filled out for +roster information. A player interested in one of the unfinished characters simply needs to make a comment about it on the guest channel, and if there is a staffer available the player and staffer will discuss the plans the staff have for that character. Depending on the character, the player is given the opportunity to give their own feed back about the character. This is not a guarantee everything the player wants will be precisely used. But it is our way of trying to make sure players are fitted with a character that they will be able to stick with. With over hundreds characters on the roster, there is sure to be one that you like. (We certainly hope!)
